Dave Esposito grew up in New Jersey and began along with his brothers to wrestle at a young age. In High School he experienced heart break by never winning a New Jersey State Championship but that did not deter him from making his goal to win an NCAA championship. Dave Esposito went to Lehigh and improved each and every year that he wrestled. By his Junior year he took 3rd at the NCAA's and his senior year was an NCAA finalist.
Dave coaches at Columbia University and is the elder brother to Zach Esposito who he is helping to train to bring Zach to the world championships and Olympics.
